We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HR information systems, with a strong emphasis on reporting, data integrity, and system optimization. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HRIS and supporting our HR initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and generate reports and analytics to support HR functions and decision-making. Maintain and optimize the HR information system to meet organizational needs. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements. Provide end-user support and training for HRIS functionalities. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist in the development and documentation of HRIS processes and procedures. Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend system improvements. 

 

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 office days per week and the remainder remote/virtual. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a professional services firm. Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and tell a compelling story using Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP system implementation and project management is a plus. 

 

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with technical platforms such as Costpoint, Cornerstone, PowerBI, and iCIMS.
