HRIS Analyst
Description We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Analyst to join our team located in Teaneck, New Jersey, United States. Working in the HR industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the HR Information System to ensure effective data management, reporting, and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users. • Implement updates, upgrades, and patches to the HRIS as necessary. • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution. • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR functions. • Analyze data trends to provide insights for decision-making. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality. • Liaise with HRIS vendors and consultants for system support and upgrades. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian • Experience in HRMS and About Time is necessary • Proficiency in conducting Auditing and Background Checks • Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions • Strong Customer Service skills are required • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with the Ceridian Payroll System • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
