Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the ongoing maintenance, integrity, and optimization of data and processes within Human Resources Information System(s) (HRIS). This role serves as a critical liaison between the Human Resources (HR) department and IT, ensuring that the HRIS supports the organization's strategic goals and meets the dynamic needs of the business. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement technological solutions that enhance HR operations and drive efficiency.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years IS system analysis, HRIS, Programming, or related field. Human Resource specific experience preferred. Experience in project management, software implementation and upgrade.
Other Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Oracle, Workday, etc.), Excel (advanced), data analysis tools, and HR reporting software.
