Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Kenner, Louisiana area for a HRIS Analyst. This role is pivotal in integrating operations and payroll teams utilizing new software systems. Responsibilities: • Implementing and maintaining HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems • Assisting in the integration of operations and payroll teams through the new software • Utilizing Ceridian Payroll System for payroll processing • Conducting routine checks and updates on the HRIS Payroll System • Resolving any system related inquiries from employees • Ensuring accurate records of employee data on the system • Monitoring and taking necessary actions on employee accounts • Processing applications and other HR related documents accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a HRIS Analyst role or similar capacity. • Proficient in the usage of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). • Experience in HRIS Implementation is essential. • Familiarity with Ceridian Payroll System is required. • Candidate must have experience with HRIS Payroll System. • Demonstrable skills in managing and analyzing HR data through HRIS.
