Responsible for supporting multiple HR systems including complex integration between those systems. The technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and subject matter expert with ensuring data integrity, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also is responsible for supporting upgrades, patches, testing, programming, and other technical projects as assigned. Position requires the proven analytical abilities, strong knowledge with relational databases and sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions.
