This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a HRIS Analyst.

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications.

Data Entry & Analysis. Collect, store, organize, and reconcile current and past data from different HR systems used as the company grew/grows. Ensure data integrity and quality assurance of all data through process improvement, audits, exception reporting, and alerts.

Process Documentation and Training. Manage  delivery and creation of internal documentation (e.g. wiki, process doc, etc.) to capture system processes and procedures; Create, continuously update, and assist with delivery of training, user guides, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and other support materials.

Stakeholder Management. Work with business stakeholders across the world to align global HR data integration and analysis efforts and inform long-term roadmap planning.

Employee Communication. Answer tickets from terminated and active employees and will distribute mail merge information.


To succeed in this role, you must have experience in: 

HRIS Experience. Have a minimum of 1-2 years Human Resource Systems or related experience.

Experience in System Support. Integration, design, analysis, and implementation

Experience in Workday is a must.

Desired Qualifications:

Educational Attainment. Has Bachelors degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.

Working Smart. Proven experience driving adoption and leveraging customer success best practices.

Strategic and Analytic. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to address business metrics, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery.

Effective communication. Possesses executive presence with communication that drives results and motivates the team.

Adaptability. Thrives in ambiguity as part of a growing and expanding team.

Night Shift. Willing to work on night shift and/or shifting schedules (US Hours)

Work set-up. Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Ortigas)
