HRIS Analyst

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

Serves as an ambassador of Tatte’s purpose, mission and values, and initiates and supports efforts to nurture a workplace environment that reflects our purpose, mission and values. Is responsible for technical implementation and oversight of all HRIS (UKG) processes including, without limitation: Payroll Processing, Including Viewing/Editing Payroll & Reports General Ledger and Labor Allocation Configuration Import tool Security & Role Configuration Business Process & Workflow Configuration & Administration Withholdings & Deductions Configuration Familiarity with Local Tax Laws Nationwide BI Reporting Benefits & Life Events Configuration & Management ACA Compliance PTO Accrual Policy Configuration & Administration Talent Acquisition & Management Monitors HRIS system performance, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures timely resolution. Assists with reviewing, testing, and implementing modules within HRIS system. Assists with creation and maintenance of data integrations solutions between HRIS systems and other IT related systems. Audits compliance with people related practices and resolves errors/issues. Works cross functionally with Finance and Legal teams to ensure that process comply with applicable law. Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize and automate HRIS/People Team/L&D workflows. Creates reports and dashboards for People Team, L&D, Operations, Leadership and other stakeholders that are easy to understand and use. Creates and provides training and related materials for HRIS system. Works in partnership with others on the People Team to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations aligned with Tatte’s mission, core values, key initiatives, and overall business objectives. Works in partnership with the IT team to comply with data privacy laws and follow best practices. Maintains current knowledge and understanding of industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws. Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

2 years in a dedicated HRIS role, preferably using UKG (core, recruiting, onboarding, performance & LMS), and/or in a high-growth, hospitality, or multi-unit organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service-oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Detail-oriented and organized Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and act with urgency as needed Fully proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Forms, etc), especially Excel and Power Point. Experience with Power Automate/Power BI preferred. Ability (and experience) to appropriately handle, safeguard, and protect highly confidential information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Hospitality Management. PHR/SPHR certification Ability to travel Strongly preferred that the analyst live in DMV, MA, or Tristate (NY, CT, or NJ)

WORKING CONDITIONS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to sit and/or stand for at least 8 hours per day. Ability to read and speak English proficiently. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
