SPA has an immediate need for a HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources Information System (ADP Workforce Now). This individual reviews and processes actions, creates reports, conducts analysis, and supports HRIS initiatives, ensuring data integrity throughout. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who has experience in HR systems, understands the importance of data integrity, strives to operate within critical processing deadlines, and likes to work on a team that rolls up their sleeves and supports each other. This position reports to the Lead HRIS Specialist on our HRIS team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and processes day-to-day actions in the HRIS.Responds to HRIS inquiries, providing technical support, training, and guidance to users across the organization.Support HRIS projects, collaborating on the planning processes and working as a key member on project teams.Responds to requests for reports and conducts analysis on data to ensure data integrityStay abreast of the latest HR technology trends and innovations, recommending upgrades or new systems to maintain a competitive edge.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or related roles.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at ensuring accuracy and data integrity in systems.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsUnderstanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation.Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced/growth-oriented environment.Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to work onsite at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
