We are currently recruiting to fill the following position: **Job Description** **PRIDE Industries** **Job Description** **Job:** HRIS Analyst **Job Code:** F83 - PR-HRIS Analyst **HR Title Group:** HR, Payroll & Training **Salary Grade:** E14 **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Approval Date:** January 2025 **SUPERVISES:** There are no direct reports with this position. **POSITION SUMMARY:** Under limited supervision, the HRIS Analyst provides analytical and consultative support for the Human Resources Information System function. This role serves as a subject matter expert for specific HRIS systems and works closely with HR, IT, external vendors and other staff to provide solutions to a variety of business and HR needs. This job requires knowledge of businesses and systems supported, HR & Payroll processes and reporting requirements, PRIDE’s policies and procedures, and the ability to resolve complex issues. **TYPICAL DUTIES:** 1. *Serves as subject matter expert for specific HRIS systems, providing consultation on system functionality and best practices 2. *Functions as a HRIS system administrator; to include configuration, testing, troubleshooting, system updates and end user support 3. *Supports HRIS projects, project documentation, provides status reports and communicates status to management and stakeholders on a regular basis – to include identifying and escalating risks as appropriate 4. *Maintains a solution focused approach to issue resolution – working collaboratively with appropriate internal and external parties to identify, investigate, prioritize, and resolve issues, escalating appropriately due to potential impact 5. *Creates, communicates, and maintains user procedures, guidelines and training materials and provides training to new departmental system users, and existing users on procedures 6. *Translates current and new regulatory requirements into process and system solutions. 7. Supports HRIS upgrades and testing to include documenting processes and results 8. *Provides reports to support ongoing internal and external customer needs using a variety of reporting tools. May provide analysis into data as needed 9. *Serves as a system administrator for HRIS technologies to include by not limited to core Human Capital Management, Timekeeping, Recruiting, Learning, Document Management, Content Management and Ticketing 10. Recommends process improvement ideas, supports implementation of those recommendations, and supports processes to ensure their ongoing success. 11. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. * Denotes Essential Job Function **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** • Three years’ experience in HRIS or related role- experience with UKG preferred • Experience administering timekeeping, learning management, and application tracking systems is a plus • Experience in complex, mult-state, union and/or contract-based environment preferred • SHRM-CP/PHR preferred • Experience working on projects and familiarity with Project Management best practices • Demonstrated consultation, problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent customer service skills • Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous responsibilities at the same time to for a wide range of business needs • Understanding of HR processes, HR database design, structure, functions, and experience with database tools and ability to apply that knowledge to recommend and develop business solutions • Research skills necessary to understand regulatory requirements impacting HR systems • System implementation experience • Knowledge and experience authoring and maintaining reports • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by management, team, vendors and/or customers • Ability to build strong working relationships with team and internal customers • Strong computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software • Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation • Mathematical skills to include the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelors in Human Resources or related field A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered. **CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES REQUIRED:** The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements: Valid Driver's License **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: • Viewing computer screen/monitor • Utilizing keyboard • Answering phone/making calls **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
