SUMMARY\n

The primary function of this role will be HR Data Management and HRIS system maintenance and reporting. This position will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating data and reports while partnering with the HR team to assist with payroll related items. They will engage strategic business skills as an internal consultant and resource, utilize data to support business objectives and identify solutions in optimizing efficiencies and mitigating financial losses.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nResponsible for collecting, compiling HR data, metrics, and statistics from a variety of sources including HRIS, benefits, payroll output, labor statistics and other sources.\nAnalyze data and statistics for trends and patterns.\nSetting up the HRIS in alignment with company and corporate HR Initiatives\nAssist with updating HRIS, including user access and business flows to support compliance.\nSet up UKG Modules, monitoring HRIS to ensure it is working appropriately and establishing business rules.\nTroubleshoot data; develop ad hoc reports or metrics based upon identified issues and make recommendations to resolve.\nPrepare reports based upon data results, interpreting, and presenting findings.\nMake recommendations in moderating operating procedures, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices.\nAuditing payroll with a focus on employee deductions and adjustments, in an effort to mitigate company losses.\nReview payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors in benefit deductions.\nCollaborate with HR team in reviewing complex data comparisons and data consolidations from multiple sources.\nAudit data and review new hire entries to validate eligibility and accuracy.\nCreate reports to support HR initiatives through tracking turnover, headcount, etc.\nResearch and reconcile premium and eligibility discrepancies.\nPrepare reconciliation reports and work with field HR to collect missed deductions and adjustments.\nConduct classification and compensation audits to ensure proper job classification and compensation complies with state and federal regulations.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor degree in human resources or other related fields\n5 years of relevant work experience in HR analytics and compensation.\nHigh level of proficiency in Excel creating complex formulas, as well as Word and other Microsoft Office applications\nPrevious HRIS experience with a cloud-based system, preferably UKG\nPrevious compensation analytics experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nPersuasive verbal and written communications skills\nKeen understanding of business disciplines and functional areas congruence \nThorough understanding of HR process and policies in order to efficiently analyze data and metrics\n\n
