PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for supporting and maintaining HRIS data, system configuration and facilitating and leading projects. Provides reporting and data analysis to users and management as needed. Provides support, guidance and training to HR/Payroll system administrators and HR Managers to ensure system processes are accurately adhered to and data integrity is maintained through regular data audits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Leads and facilitates HRIS projects and approved requests with IT, SAP/SuccessFactors and all affected business process owners. Provides data analysis and report requests to users, as needed. Ensures that all data provided to users/management is accurate and sensitive data is transmitted within company defined standards.
Supports GROWMARK, Retail, Subsidiary and Member Company HR/Payroll Administrators with system requests, data maintenance/uploads, reporting, training and general HRIS needs. Coordinates with the Payroll team as needed.
Provides technical, operational, and training support to HRIS users through process documentation and end user training. Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining system process documentation for department business processes and for end-user training needs. Identifies, suggests and implements ongoing process improvements.
Troubleshoots system and data issues and works toward resolution using vendor resources (SAP/SuccessFactors), GROWMARK IT, and functional subject matter experts.
Performs system and data audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data. Develops business rules to clean and validate data to maintain ongoing data integrity. Partners with system administrators to initiate corrections.
Captures requirements and documents business processes, modifications, or enhancements requested by end users. Researches and provides recommendations for HRIS system design based on best practices and company requirements.
Assists with security for HRIS and related systems and coordinates with Internal Audit to ensure adherence to company security and audit policies.
Provides support and works closely with IT to manage the vendor file integrations for the HR systems.
Evaluates system releases for HRIS and related/integrated systems and analyzes the impact to business processes. Assists with testing, enabling and configuring system updates.
Provides back-up to the Manager, HRIS and Service Center Operations and other team members as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science or similar business-related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in human resource information systems, or other HR related technical role and experience along with report writing tools. General knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures, policies with the ability to translate business needs into technical system requirements.
Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, research, and resolve complex HRIS issues.
Demonstrated project management experience preferably with implementation of human resources systems. Ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams and/or projects.
Proven advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and use other GROWMARK approved software. Experience in data analytics including running queries, report generation, importing and exporting data.
Normally requires the ability to obtain a related professional certification to demonstrate an advanced knowledge base.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Demonstrated professional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all users and management.
Demonstrated planning and organizing skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with frequent interruptions with proven “attention to detail” skills.
Demonstrated GROWMARK core competencies including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.
