The primary focus of this position is the administration and day-to-day operations of Recruiting and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations, customer support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting as needed.  In addition, this role will provide administration and technical support for some locations outside the US.  

 

Responsibilities:

Serves as primary HRIS Analyst and source for technical advice, guidance, and support to all end users on one or more modules of SuccessFactors. Identifies risks and system issues across all platforms and escalates as necessary. Actively involved in continued innovation to the HRIS technical infrastructure: research recommendations, leads improvements and solutions to improve user experience and support business processes. Tests, supports, and maintains modifications, utilities and tools associated with the system.  Serves as primary support for Recruiting and Onboarding. Leads and/or participates in HRIS projects as needed and assists with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities. Analyzes and creates ad hoc reports and process documentation as needed to support business needs and initiatives. Serves as liaison to Business partners, COE teams and Information Technology department to develop and champion HR and Business needs. Performs system maintenance, including conducting functional reviews, testing and implementation of release changes, upgrades, or break/fixes. Collaborates with IT Change Control Board to apply configuration changes to system environments.

 

Experience and Skills:

5-6 years of experience in technical fields such as HRIS, HRIT, payroll or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred, with experience with multiple modules in SuccessFactors such as Recruiting and Onboarding. Problem solving/analytical skills; detail oriented. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to design and deliver training materials to end users. Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding practices. Demonstrates understanding of HR compliance requirements. Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees. Strong customer service orientation.

Pay Range:   $69,825.00 - $93,135.00
