If you’re a Sr HRIS Analyst - Workday, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to the Director, HR Technology and interacts with all levels and groups to implement, upgrade, support, and maintain company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position provides subject matter and configuration expertise for Workday and other HR technology solutions and performs troubleshooting and end user support. This position designs, develops and deploys dashboards, standardized reports and ad hoc reports related to people data for use by the organization. This role manages and leads medium to large, complex projects related to HRIS applications.
What You Will Be Doing
Implementing, testing, upgrading, and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and providing technical support on HRIS-related issues.Creating and maintaining HR dashboards and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform organizational strategies and decisions.Evaluating solution effectiveness and making improvements to ensure systems meet the needs of the organization.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HRIS systems meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.What We Are Looking For
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, HR or closely related field required or 5+ years previous experience in the administration and configuration of an HRIS, including managing HR Master Data in lieu of degree3+ years previous Workday experience required (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and/or Payroll)Experience project managing systems implementations preferredExperience gathering and documenting functional requirements and translating into actionable Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) preferredApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.
