As a HRIS Coordinator at BWXT, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee and business data, ensuring our HR information systems operate at their best. **Job Duties**
+ Maintains the strictest confidentiality in all employee records, transactions, and communications.
+ Accurately enters and updates HR transactions in SAP (PA30 & PA40), ensuring compliance with company policies and data integrity standards.
+ Conducts quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of HR master data before finalizing entries.
+ Supports both regulatory and business reporting efforts by generating reports and extracting data from SAP as needed.
+ Ensures timely and efficient completion of assigned data entry tasks within established timeframes and company deadlines.
+ Performs general administrative and clerical duties related to HRIS operations, including document management and data validation.
+ Proposes, leads, and contributes to continuous improvement projects.
+ Produces completed staff work in response to requests for data and information.
+ Provides the highest level of customer service through all internal and external support interactions.
+ Manages complex and competing priorities.
+ Responds in a timely and helpful way to requests and inquiries.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school equivalency with a minimum of two years of related experience in HRIS to include prior experience with SAP (PA30/PA40).
+ A related associate’s degree is preferred.
+ In-depth knowledge of the company’s existing HR master data structure, including employee records, organizational assignments, and personnel actions within SAP is strongly preferred.
+ Previous experience working with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, with yellow belt level certification strongly preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, produce accurate results and effectively prioritize work tasks.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the stress of a high-paced and demanding work environment.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
+ U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship is required for this position.
Pay: $49,000 - $72,000
The base salary range for this position in VA at the start of employment is expected to be between $49,000 and $72,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The company further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and other market factors.
