Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Implementation Manager to join our team in support of a project aimed at delivering a comprehensive job architecture. This role requires an individual with a keen analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compensation principles and methodologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting compensation processes and data to support the development of the job architecture framework. You will report to our internal Project Manager for the duration of the assignment, with the target completion date in spring of 2025.
Responsibilities
+ Collect, organize, and analyze compensation data from various sources including internal databases, market surveys, and industry reports.
+ Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to job roles, responsibilities, and compensation structures.
+ Utilize compensation modeling techniques to develop new salary structures, pay bands, and incentive programs within the job architecture framework.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine compensation models based on organizational objectives and budgetary constraints.
+ Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in clear and concise reports and presentations.
+ Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders including HR, management, and other relevant teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Compensation experience in the manufacturing industry with a large hourly production workforce.
+ Associate's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Human Resources, or equivalent of 8 years of experience in the HR or Finance field.
+ At least 5+ years’ experience as a compensation specialist.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to arrive at balanced conclusions.
+ Ability to work with a cross-section of internal customer groups to interpret requirements, source information, and provide direction.
+ Excellent communication skills to translate and communicate technical compensation plans, trends, strategies, and principles.
+ Detailed data management skills to accurately manage and organize complex data utilizing data analysis tools.
+ Ability to manage PeopleSoft data organization and analysis.
+ Demonstrated process improvement skills through excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and strong process orientation.
Work Environment
Fun team hybrid work environment with approximately 10 meetings per week. The role involves a blend of remote and in-office work, utilizing modern data analysis tools and technology.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00
