Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of subject matter experts to implement new functionalities and support existing applications across the entire human resources spectrumCollaborate directly with internal customers to identify and prioritize needs, as well as with external vendors/partners to deliver effective solutions
Clearly communicate strategic direction to the team
Provide mentorship and guidance for employee career development
Ensure accountability for results and conduct regular evaluations of personnel
Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• 5+ years of Workday hands-on administrator experience
• Proven leadership abilities, including successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, and holding people accountable
• Ability to manage complex situations, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, and take a consultancy approach to problem solving
• Working knowledge of HR business processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Ability to understand technical implications of system design choices
• Experience with other HR applications (ServiceNow, WorkTango, Costpoint)
• Knowledge of Workday integrations
• Prior leadership experience
