HRIS & Onboarding Specialist
Summary: Under general direction of the Manager, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, this position is responsible for front desk resource support for Corporate HR programs. Provides answers to questions from employees regarding corporate programs such as Benefits, Pay processes, and other programs to ensure the effective resolution of routine issues and problems. Effectively triages more complex issues from employees to appropriate support staff. Directly responsible for system wide tuition reimbursement processing. Provides communication, mailing and project support as needed to the department. Education: High School diploma, Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred. Experience: 3 or more year’s administrative assistant and/or experience in Human Resources. Advanced administrative support experience preferred. Experience working in Human Resources or benefit administration desirable. Skills and Abilities: + MS Office Products Suite proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) + Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. + Intermediate analytical skills; ability to analyze data and trends; draw conclusions and make recommendations. + Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information. + Demonstrated project management skills. Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements : Lifting up to 10-20 lbs. and occasionally lifting and/carrying such articles as files, books, etc. Involves sitting, walking, stooping, and reaching.
