We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and People Analytics team as an intern. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems and data analysis while supporting projects that impact our global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Under supervision, the HRIS & People Analytics Intern will:
Data Management Support and Report Generation
• Assist in analyzing and updating HR-related data in systems.
• Help generate and prepare routine reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, hiring trends).
• Contribute to the creation of presentations for HR teams based on analyzed data.
HRIS System Support and Process Improvement
• Learn and assist with basic configurations in HR systems, ensuring they meet user needs.
• Support documentation of current HR processes and suggest potential improvements based on data findings.
• Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to system enhancement discussions.
• Gain insights into HR operations, HRIS platforms, and data analytics tools such as SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and Excel.
Who are you
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Interest in learning HR systems and analytics platforms. Fluent in English
