HRIS Reporting Manager

The NAO HRIS & Compensation & Benefits Manager is the responsible of managing Division report, analyze, consolidate and manage the information of HR system to emit HR indicator with objective to provide key information and then participate on the creation of action plans. The NAO HRIS & Compensation & Benefits Manager is also responsible to oversee Compensation & Benefits activities for the Division. 

Your mission, roles and responsibilities Reporting of HR forecasts in function of HR prognostics (METIS)Dashboards, highlights, headcount per area, flex.    Consolidate and prepare data for monthly BG presentationDetection and analysis of deviationsProcessing of requests from France concerning reporting, headcount, indicators, etc. Key user Metis, SmartView, and FVC system Consolidation and coordination of all HR-related reports for the Division in Metis and other systems, including the consolidation and support of budget and Strategic Plan process Develops a strong working knowledge of all capabilities within the software; audit user data entry; create and extract management reports required for timely decision making.Strong interaction with the other Faurecia MX/US/European operations, to communicate in terms of a globally adapted HR-system issue. Support the Division salary review process and consolidate and submit increase files to payrollFVC and Site Bonus administration and consolidation of bonus files for payrollProvide training & guidance on HRIS systemsPreparation of information for various areas Oversee Annual Social Report processValidate and approve job offers, increases and promotions ensuring internal equityHR processes (expatriates reporting)
 Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Finance

 

Experience:

 

3 to 5 years HRIS/HR experience

 

Skills & Competencies:

 

Knowledge of Faurecia Core Procedures and processesStrong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management, co-workers and subordinates Proficiency in Spanish is plus Familiarity with HR information and payroll systemsInternational mind setResults orientationStrong written and oral communications skills
