Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of HR systems management and support experience.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors E-Business Suite (EBS).Demonstrated project and change management skillsProven skills in auditing and ensuring the accuracy of dataExperience partnering with cross-functional teams and Strong focus on customer service and peer relationships.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.Good working knowledge of core HR processes

This position is a range of salary grade 8.

Once your employment with Ford commences, you will be assigned to BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC. You will continue to be employed by Ford Motor Company but work for BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC, a Ford wholly owned subsidiary located in Marshall, Michigan. You will remain an at-will employee at all times during your employment with Ford or any Ford affiliate or subsidiary with which you later become employed.

What you'll do…

Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the HRIS system(s) and data strategy.Support the vision for what the user experience should be, based on the needs and preferences of employees and the goals of the new plant.Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of employees when it comes to technology.Partner with leadership to deliver and administer processes using our HRIS platform.Champion HR process review, development, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR and other department leads for effective data transfer and process integration.Define user personas based on the research conducted, to help understand the different needs and preferences of different groups of employees.Develop user stories that describe the ideal user experience for each user persona, based on their needs and preferences.Identify design principles that will guide the development of the user interface, ensuring that it is intuitive, easy to use, and consistent across all systems.Create wireframes and prototypes of the user interface, to help visualize how the final product will look and feel.Lead the end-to-end experience design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience throughout the entire process.Develop and implement security guidelines for HR systems in collaboration with management and BOBM’s Security teams. Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
