The Windstream team provides innovative software and network solutions to connect people and empower business in a world of infinite possibilities! **_________________________________________________________** **About this Role:** The HRIS Specialist will support the HR department by managing and entering data into Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role involves updating employee records, processing transactions, and providing system support to HR and Payroll teams. **What You’ll Do:** **Data Entry & System Maintenance** + Accurately enter and maintain employee information in **Dayforce** , including new hires, terminations, promotions, and job changes. + Process employee status updates such as pay rate adjustments, department transfers, and position changes. + Review and audit employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and HR guidelines. + Assist with mass data uploads and updates as needed. **Support & Troubleshooting** + Respond to inquiries from HR, Payroll, and employees regarding Dayforce data and troubleshooting minor system issues. + Escalate technical system issues to the HRIT team as necessary. **Reporting & Compliance** + Run standard HRIS reports for auditing. + Maintain compliance with company data management policies and confidentiality requirements. + Perform routine audits of system data to ensure consistency and accuracy. **Process Improvement & Documentation** + Assist in developing and updating process documentation for HRIS workflows. + Identify areas for improvement in data entry efficiency and suggest enhancements. **Do You Have:** + Employee Relations Experience. + Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work on sensitive matters with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality. + Ability to manage multiple, and at times competing priorities. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. + High School diploma or equiavalent and 1-2 years experience.
