HRIS Specialist I

The HRIS Specialist maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). 

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nDesigns and maintains the HRIS (UKG) in support of data management and reporting needs \nEnsures accuracy and integrity of organization data within the HRIS \nCreates standard and ad hoc queries or reports within BI and Time keeping module\nProcesses new hires, terminations and job changes within UKG for enterprise\nProcesses high volume data, mass imports and ensures accuracy\nSupports all UKG modules including Onboarding, Payroll, WFM, Recruiting and UKG Core\nAudits employee data and ensures accuracy\nResponds to emails and cases in a timely manner and resolves any issues that arise\nFollows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data \nPrepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed \nSupports security model and business processes to ensure data confidentially and business processes are effectively managed\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nHigh School Diploma\n1+ years of experience with UKG and HRIS system administration and/or analyst responsibilities \nUKG (formerly Ultipro) experience strongly preferred specifically in payroll, time/attendance, applicant tracking, learning management, and succession management \nProficiency using business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite \nMust have intermediate to expert Excel skills\nSelf-starter, strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and must be able to multitask effectively.\nAbility to maintain focus and produce project deliverables according to established deadlines\nStrong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information\nAbility to adapt and adjust to change, quick learner with technology aptitude, and excellent customer service attitudes\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\n
