Responsibilities:

We are seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our outstanding HR team. The ideal candidate will live and breathes client service, be detail oriented, have a can do get it done attitude and have a strong HR administration know how.

The HR Administrator Specialist's job entails providing a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of human resources.

 

Responsibilities include:

Assist with handling onboarding paperwork and processing of employee lifecycle events within the SAP SuccessFactors employee portal Work with Payroll and the HRIS Team in assisting with maintaining all employee files, including processing various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as change-of-status, terminations, etc. as well as periodic audits of these files   Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including DEI reports, headcount reports, and turnover reports Evaluate employee data and adjust as necessary, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data Participates in other HR-related projects and perform administrative duties as needed. 


Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 3+ years of HR administrative support experience Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively relate to others Demonstrate critical thinking skills. Ability to keep information confidential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word) Proficient Excel skills, including mastery of pivot tables, building, and applying advanced formulas, knowledge of formulas and functions, like VLOOKUP, CHOOSE, and MID, working knowledge of charts. Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets

 

The hourly range for this position is $50-$60 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
