The HR Technology team serves as a key partner to the business and the HR community in the management of human capital across the enterprise. The team aspires to be recognized as subject matter experts (SME) across the suite of HCM applications managed as well as pragmatic business consultants in solving business problems through existing and new technology solutions that provide an exceptional employee experience.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements across the enterprise and HR Technology supported systems, most notably WorkWell (UKG). The role requires a base knowledge of the system development life cycle, from analysis and design to testing and maintenance. Responsibilities will primarily be related to the Pro and Benefits Prime modules in UKG as well as interface management and troubleshooting. You will collaborate internally with colleagues in HR and Legal, as well as externally with our UKG resources, as fixes and enhancements are developed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of four years of HRIS or IT experience Experience with UKG Pro
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

This work can be done remotely, but the team meets in person every 3-5 months This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate
