This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an experienced HRIS Systems EngineerThe HRIS Systems Engineer provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements for the in-country implementations. This role requires a good understanding of the organization’s strategy, way of working, and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective.
Design, Improve and Optimize Workday Solutions. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas. Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional areas of Workday in order to solve problems and/or optimize processes
Process Improvements. Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvements initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs. Analyze global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
Cross functional partnership. Work with Global team and countries to design or optimize the Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Global Process Leads, Product Owners and the IT Workday Team.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
At least 4-5 years of experience in Workday implementation
Any relevant HRIS experience together with Workday is good to have as well
Must have an experience in multiple Workday modules such as Workday Core HCM and Workday Functional
Atleast a Bachelor’s Degree in any field/course
Desired Qualifications:
Workday Certifications. Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM, essential.
Solution oriented. Proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems.
Business acumen. Business mindset – business needs to be at the center of all activities.
Communication Skills. Fluent in both written and spoken.
HR and Workday Experience. With at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Absence and Talent. If you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions. If you have experience as a Functional Consultant in at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
Flexibility. If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical Skills. If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
Organization skills. If you have an organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Collaboration. Great team player and willing to work collaboratively across the globe within a virtual team environment.
Shift schedule. Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
