Job Summary:
The Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the entry and audit of our employee’s job and compensation data. This role will provide guidance and expertise on data validation at the point of entry to enhance data quality and drive adoption of best practices. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting self-service tool adoption to reduce manual processes, leading process-improvement initiatives, and participating in special projects. This role is critical to help the HR Services organization meet its goals for productivity, quality of service, and overall effectiveness.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

Responsibilities: 
Supports Human Resources, Managers, and Employees with accurate and timely job and compensation data changes in our core HR Data Management system.   Provides flexible support across the HR Solutions team to help balance workloads and ensure backup for other activities across the organization. Understands the lifecycle of an employee and can relate that to data changes via employee/manager self-service for onboarding, job changes, compensation changes, supervisor changes, company transfers and transition out.  Understands HR technology and data structures along with the impacts of transaction processing. Leads small process improvement projects to ensure goals, work streams, and timelines are met for various initiatives and cyclical projects.   Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials for the Data Management team. Help drive adoption of employee and manager self-service tools.  Maintains levels of productivity and quality based on department standards. Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow up and resolution.   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle competing priorities. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other Analytics related field or combination of education and experience Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information is required Proven intermediate Microsoft Office skills required  Experience with Human Resources information systems strongly preferred (e.g. Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, ServiceNow, Kronos, ADP) Detail oriented and precise with a focus on execution Data driven mindset and strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with business partners to understand needs and create solutions Passion for your job and positive energy Natural curiosity – seek out and apply new things Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization. Experience with Operational Excellence/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Ability to work both independently, within a team, and with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $ 55-70k

 

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
