Job Description
Responsible to perform the most suitable initial setup of the system and provide the necessary support and assistance for technical issues and evolutive changes, both in the maintenance and implementation phases of the account.
Tasks
The specific tasks associated to this position are:
Implementation:
Provides assistance to make effort estimates for the development of allowed ad-hoc system requirements by the customerCollaborates with the Products and development team in resolving issues and proposing new functionalities for the standard product as required by customersEnsures adherence to the Exchange standard guidelines with respect to the standard documented functionalitiesAdapts and configures the standard Exchange solution according to the customer specific questionnaire provided by the project governance teamPerforms testing for the different phases of a project as required.Resolves technical problems related to the application setupEnsures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)Maintenance and Support:
Investigates and resolves technical problems related to the application setupPerforms unit testing for system fixes and new parametrization to ensure the solution works according to the specificationsSupports the client on queries regarding application functions through collaboration with payroll operations and data control teamsConducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the systemQualifications

Has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.Has Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactorsCan work on multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge and experience with the following technologies:SQLXSLTRuby on RailsWebservices (WSDL, REST) – Not required but a plusUNIX/LINUX scripting. Not required but a plusKnowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI not required but good to haveAttitudes & soft skills
