The EHS Specialist will work directly with the client’s regional EHS team to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of data associated with EHS programs and initiatives collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders. Responsibilities **EHS Program Support** : Assist in managing and implementing client's EHS programs that meet regulatory requirements and align with client needs. Review and update programs as needed to maintain compliance and effectiveness. **Risk Management** : Conduct risk assessments and propose control strategies to mitigate identified risks. **Data & Reporting** : Gather data through effective client and stakeholder management, and provide valuable reporting to the client. Manage projects that utilize data tracking and record keeping systems. Produce data visualizations, including charts, infographics, and dashboards, based on client specifications. **Client & Stakeholder Engagement** : Act as a supporting resource for the client on regional EHS communications, strategies, and initiatives. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather information and facilitate collaboration. **Leadership & Values** : Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Take ownership of the quality of your work and its impact. Preferred Qualifications + Minimum 2 years experience working in the EHS Field + Proficiency using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. + Ability to speak and write in Portuguese. + English language fluency is required + Authorized to work in Portugal Educational Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related field. Will consider work experience in lieu of educational requirements.
