YOUR TASKS
Monitoring operational compliance with (changing) regulations regarding occupational health and safety, environment, and dangerous goods (transport/storage); Coordinating matters related to emergency response, dangerous goods, fire safety, permits and waste management, with deep knowledge of dangerous goods being essential; Responsible for achieving and maintaining desired safety scores for all Arvato locations in the Netherlands by participating in projects related to dangerous goods; Ensuring continuous development of operations in the areas of health, safety and environment; Providing training to increase awareness and establishing/ensuring processes and work instructions for HSE matters; Developing and updating annual planning analyses & controls to support the quality management system, preparing, following up, and guiding audits.
YOUR PROFILE
A completed HBO degree, preferably in the field of safety engineering, is an advantage or a as Integral Security Management and Facility Management; Proactive and capable of motivating and involving people in plans; Demonstrable experience in health and safety management, including knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO45001 and RI&E; Experience in dangerous goods transport regulations (IMDG/ADR/IATA) and dangerous goods storage regulations (PGS37-2/PGS15/FM); Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar software; Required proficiency in the English language, knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage; Strong project management skills.
