$93,400 – $124,500

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Analytics Developer position will report to the Director for Health & Safety and is based in Memphis.  This position will support IP’s performance goals by helping the Enterprise achieve Health & Safety goals through the transformation, exploration, analysis and reporting of data related to Health, Safety and Environment.

 

The successful candidate will:

Collaborate with other members of the HSE organization to provide insight using HSE related data and data sources. Communicate insight into trends and causes of trends through the visualization of data analysis. Collaborate with Business Data Analysts, HR, and IT organization as required to accomplish objectives Manage small projects and support project teams related to safety Assist in managing and administering HSE data collection systems

 

The Skills You Will Bring

3+ years of data analysis Degree in a related field Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Proficiency or ability to learn and use tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, MS Forms and other IP utilized business productivity applications Commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement Customer Focus, Action Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Team Player, Dealing with Ambiguity, Time Management and Organizational Skills
