Job Description: Fluor Engineering NV in Antwerp is seeking an experienced HSE in Design / Process Safety engineer to join our dynamic team. The purpose of his role is to apply a correct execution of the scope of activities related to technical design safety and authority engineering on assigned project(s) during the engineering/design phase. These include but not limited to preparation of overall protection (HSE) philosophy, from conceptual design to detail engineering of HSE systems such as passive and active fire protection, integration of HSE aspects in overall plant design, coordination/preparation of HSE related authority documents (e.g. Safety Case, Environmental Permit Application), facilitation of HSE reviews, execution of HSE studies and monitoring and verification of implementation of study results in the overall plant design.
