Key Activities/Responsibilities

Participate on/help facilitate site safety committee meetings and actionsParticipate in/complete risk assessments and JSP’s as assigned by site HSE (Process, Behavior, PPE, etc.)Complete various site HSE floor activities/inspections as assigned by site HSEAssist HSE and safety committee in investigations of employee accidents/near miss reporting and documenting in incident reporting databaseAssist with maintaining floor waste/scrap locations, transportation, and logs/HSEDM reportingParticipate in New Hire Safety Orientation sections as assigned by site HSEAssist HSE related floor toolbox shares/refresher trainings with employees and log training recordsParticipate in/reinforce Consequence Thinking/Zero & Beyond trainingConduct forklift training/re-certification for site employees as neededAssist with maintaining HSE information on TIER BoardsAssist site HSE with ISO 14001 initiativesOther various HSE related activities as assigned by site HSE

Spill Control/Storm Water Pollution inspectionsHazardous/Universal Waste Storage area maintenance, transportation, and inspections (Satellite and Accumulation Storage locations)Fire Extinguisher/Emergency Exit/Emergency Lighting inspectionsEye wash/shower stations inspectionsFirst Aid/AED stations maintenance and inspectionSpill Kit supply maintenance and inspectionsEmergency response drillsAnnual audiometric testing coordinationSecondary container labeling (GHS/HAZCOM) auditsLockout Tagout procedure audits/editsLPA Safety AuditsOther Site HSE/BBS audits
