Honeywell\nis currently recruiting for an HSE Manager to join the UOP team in Palmetto, FL.
In\nthis role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing, leading,\nand managing HSE support for Energy &\nSustainability Solutions UOP Group located at the Port\nManatee, Florida facility, partnering with cross-functional facility teams and\nleaders. You will provide support to the UOP, team and conduct various Health,\nSafety, and Environmental related activities to ensure regulatory and company\nrequirement compliance.
You\nwill interact with employees and supervisors to coach on HSE issues. Influence\npersonnel to improve HSE standards through use of standard work, Gembas, rapid\nproblem solving, and visual management.
