We are seeking a Manager level\nHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Honeywell Industrial\nAutomation (IA) team. This individual will be a member of the Nebraska\nCity Leadership Team, responsible for driving HSE continuous improvement, compliance,\nand engagement within our manufacturing sites The role reports to the IGS/SME\nDirector HSE and has multiple direct reports.
As an HSE Manager, the successful candidate must be results driven and\nable to develop strong relationships with the site manufacture leadership team. The candidate must be compliance focused and\nprovide hands-on support to factories with the ability to deploy continuous\nimprovement through a strong MOS; to drive goals, objectives, improve culture\nand behaviors.
We are looking for a strong people and process leader, capable of\nmanaging, coaching/mentoring HSE and factory supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing a compliance strategy; both Honeywell HSE Management System, and regulatory requirements at the manufacturing location.Heavy focus on injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.Leading the execution of the IA HSE vision and mission through deployment of the HSE ISC Management System.Partner with the site leadership to achieve the ISC goals and objectives.Ability to reduce the risk profile in by identifying gaps through self-assessment, audits, GEMBAs, and 3rd party inspections.Strong ability to use Honeywell Operating System/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy, and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.Work in concert with IA HSEPS to assure consistent and effective auditing of regulatory requirements and Honeywell Level 1 and Level 2 Standards.What’s in it for you?

Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering or related technical field.At least 8 years of progressive health, safety, and environmental experience, with increased responsibility.Leadership experience in managing people.Knowledge and experience\nin manufacturing environmentWE VALUE:
