About the role

Anchor and manage the safety management system for the entire contract siteConduct routine safety audit / inspections/ CWalkCarry out and encourage hazard reportingOrganize safety education program such as training, talks, and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed on the site to establish a safe and healthy working environmentReport and Investigate any incidents or accidents that take place within the site and recommend corrective action needed to be taken to prevent recurrenceDocument all safety violations or unsafe conditions/activities; ensures corrective measures are immediately implemented; follows through to ensure corrections have been madeStay abreast of current and emerging technical and professional aspects of this positionManage and control PTW SystemWork closely with the HQ Safety team

About you

Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RWSHO)At least 3’ relevant experience in a HSE roleWell versed in HSE regulations and practicesAble to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing business environmentRecognised Diploma or above from a recognised tertiary establishment
