YOUR TASKS Achieve and maintain operational quality certifications (e.g., ISO, TAPA-A, IATA) and ensure ongoing compliance Manage and update quality management systems, including SharePoint, Peoplenet (SAP), and ISO9001 Develop and monitor KPIs and work instructions, and support operational teams in meeting quality standards Conduct root cause analyses, prepare risk analyses, and document risks to improve processes and mitigate issues Promote a strong safety culture, oversee MHE safety monitoring, and ensure continuous improvement in safety practices Prepare and support internal and external audits in collaboration with the Operations Manager Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and dangerous goods regulations, adapting to changes as needed Coordinate security measures, including managing security suppliers and implementing strategies to protect assets and maintain business continuity. YOUR PROFILE A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in safety engineering, Integral Security Management, or Facility Management Work experience in quality management or application management, with basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Strong communication skills in English (and Dutch), capable of motivating and engaging teams to improve quality standards A natural ability to work on projects and think in terms of processes Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SAP and SharePoint considered a plus Demonstrable experience in health and safety management, including knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO45001, and RI&E Affinity with technology, such as camera systems, detection/alarm systems, and access control systems Knowledge of business continuity management, crisis management, and research skills to improve security levels.
