PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative: Daily report to the Site Safety Manager with HSE needs and expectations. Establish and uphold a professional work atmosphere that reflects HSE/Safety standards on-site. Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents to support HSE activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain HSE compliance. Greet, assist, and communicate positively and professionally with visitors, new hires, and employees, fostering a welcoming environment. Work closely with Site Safety Technicians, the Site Safety Manager, and the Regional HSE Manager to maintain HSE assets, documentation, and reporting requirements. Continuously improve the organization and storage of HSE documentation to enhance accessibility and efficiency. Utilize appropriate applications and software to generate relevant client and site reports effectively. Keep detailed logs of safety meeting notes, training records, and compliance documentation to ensure thorough tracking and accountability. Handle the expense reports for the Site Safety and Regional Safety Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Site Safety and Regional HSE manager. Participate in available training opportunities on-site to enhance skills and knowledge.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum three years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of training and experience. Entry-level HSE knowledge a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Typing proficiency of 40-45 words per minute. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
SAFETY/DRESS REQUIREMENTS:
Professional attire: Sleeves must always be worn (no muscle shirts or tank tops). Appropriate pants: No ripped or cut jeans allowed. Safety footwear: Safety toe shoes are required outside PPE-free zones. Additional safety equipment will be provided as necessary.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Location: Industrial construction sites, office, and/or fabrication shop. Mobility Considerations: The site may include uneven ground, obstructed pathways, and work at varying elevations. Climatic Conditions: Predominantly outdoor setting with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, rain, varying noise levels (from tools and machinery), and chemical substances.
