HSE Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our client, a global EPC contractor, on a long-term contract for a major pharmaceuticals project in Denmark.
You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective HSE plans and procedures aligned with Danish legislation and EPC company standards. Conducting regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Providing ongoing safety training and awareness programs for project personnel. Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and permits. Investigating incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Maintaining strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and authorities. To be successful, you will have: Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction or pharmaceutical industry. Rights to work in the EU or UK Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills. Proficiency in English. Experience working within an EPC environment is a plus. Qualifications NEBOSH
