Some exciting and important things you will do as an HSSE Manager:

Support the accounts team in compliance with all operational, client, and regulatory requirements. Support sites during audits from clients, corporate, HSSE staff, and external agencies.Lead HSSE event investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Prepare and distribute lessons learned communications across account operations.Manage site assessments and reporting related to indoor air quality concerns, water intrusions, and other HSSE-related building condition issues.Coordinate responses to state and jurisdictional summons related to cooling tower systems. Maintain state and city portals with current testing, inspection, and maintenance records. Address deficiencies promptly.Oversee timely completion of annual regulatory requirements (e.g., Tier II reporting, Cooling Tower Annual Certifications, air permit reporting, SPCC plan reviews).Ensure incidents, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured per JLL program requirements, and the data managed. Manage OSHA 300 recordkeeping.Develop and maintain HSSE program documentation (playbooks, procedures) and records required by JLL, regulations, and clients.Provide technical advice on HSSE issues and legislative changes impacting service delivery.Conduct and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments for all account locations.Identify training needs, manage online training assignments, and deliver training/presentations as required.Develop and maintain HSSE metric reports, measure performance against key risk indicators, and implement improvement plans.Lead the HSSE team in implementing new compliance and best management practices across the account.Manage HSSE qualification program for JLL service partners.

Our successful candidate will have:

Required

5+ years of HSSE experience and a bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field

OR

9+ years of HSSE experience in place of the degree

AND

Comprehensive knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with HSSE compliance management systems.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred

Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and metric dashboardsProfessional HSSE certification(s)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST with flexibility needed based on client needs.

Pay $90,000-100,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
