Liaising with location-in-charge, Quality Control Manager and higher management in pursuit to ensure that all agreed SOPs and Work Manuals are duly implemented at location. Ensure the availability and serviceability of all PPEs and firefighting equipment’s and intimate the LIC for any shortfalls. Implementing location’s specific KRAs and KPIs in consultation with locations in charge and higher management and monitoring them on the regular basis. Prepare HSSE budget at locations and submit the same to Location In charge. To implement and take responsibility of overall SMS (Safety Management System) at the location. Ensure that all HSSE related SOPs are properly documented, circulated and implemented at the locations. Assuming overall responsibility of Process Safety and Occupational Safety at the location, and DSO (Designated Safety Officer) To ensure that all HSSE related requirement in line with OISD, PESO etc., are duly implemented at location. Conduct regular spot check and safety audit and report discrepancy. Conduct near miss, accident & incident investigations and recommend corrective action. Issue and control work permit in line with the safety policy. Graduate Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) or (preferably)/Diploma Holder preferably in  (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical). State Govt approved safety course (ADIS) or NEBOSH Minimum experience in the Oil Industry should be 3- 5 years focus on HSSE.  Experience in aviation industry will be added advantage.
