We are currently seeking an exceptional HSSE Reporting Lead. Your Key Responsibilities

Manage the HSSE reporting program, including source consolidation projects, dashboard creation, insights generation, data analysis, and annual audits. Evaluate and utilize emerging technologies to enhance trend identification and provide deeper business data insights. Engage with global stakeholders and reporting lines to ensure alignment and consistency in health and safety reporting practices. Ensure the optimization and continuity of HSSE reporting tools and systems are aligned with the needs of the business. Lead team to ensure outputs meet quality standards, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify needs and drive change. Coach and inspire team members to innovate, bring fresh ideas, and new approaches, continually driving the best solutions and setting a high bar for performance and dedication.

Your Capabilities and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting or data in a complex organization, preferably in a Health and Safety context. Bachelor’s degree in data or a related field. Relevant certifications in data, reporting, or Health and Safety are a plus. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Query, Python, data visualization tools, Databricks, or Fabric. Knowledge of Azure platform. Proven capability to independently learn new skills and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in Global ways of working. Comfortable with service oriented, development, or implementation teams favorable.
