Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across four global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain front-end code for web applications using HTML5 and CSS3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to create responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Implement best practices for web accessibility and performance. Maintain and improve the codebase, ensuring code quality, reusability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Proven experience as an HTML/CSS Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Experience with GitHub. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user interfaces. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with design tools such as Figma. Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less. Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with build tools such as Webpack. Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce like WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
