The Global Learning Organization includes the Sanofi Learning Office, Learning Labs, and the Learning Geographies functions with support from the Business Operations Global Learning Services organization.

Main responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional serve as the Business Operations Learning Lead in Hyderabad.This is a key role for ensuring Sanofians have access to learning solutions that will build and strengthen core capabilities across the Business Operations Hubs.

The Business Operations Learning Lead will

Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with the BO Leaders ad mid-level managers to understand their business needs and related skill gaps, provide oversight and analysis when defining requirements, and demonstrate an understanding of processes and methodology to provide appropriate learning solutionsSupport and drive learning & development activities for the Business Operations Learning Institute and influence the design and execution of the learning plan to achieve business resultsPartner with Learning Institute Heads to translate skills gaps into the learning solutions and with Business Operations, Learning Experience teams as appropriateDrive appropriate connection with learning providers, experts and facilitators for the portfolioAct as a liaison between the Global Learning Services (GLS) function and stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning needsEnsure learning solutions created meet the requirements of the businessIdentify alternate non-training solutions when appropriateMonitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trendsMake recommendations for learning solutions for Business Operations as appropriateRemain current on learning and development related tools, techniques, strategies and practices to provide relevant, informed consultative advice to clientsShare leading learning practices with teams and stakeholdersUnderstand feedback provided by Global Learning Services (GLS) on the overall success of the learning solutionsInterpret and discuss feedback with stakeholders, and monitor impact and cost-effectiveness of learning solutionsSuggest improvements to further enhance learning program effectiveness and sustainabilityReport timely feedback on learning effectiveness to the business and communicate suggestions for improvement and review interim/unplanned learning activities and requests, make appropriate recommendations

About you

Experience

Similar experience in GCCs (preferred) or business linesAdvanced project planning and management experience, including the ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the business plan
