Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon graduation. **Job Responsibilities:** + Consult with senior consultants to understand project needs and objectives. + Develop safety programs based on OSHA, DOT, NFPA and industry best practices. + Advise clients on best practices in risk mitigation and safety management strategies. + Develop management/employee training programs and materials for clients + Conduct loss analysis & trending to identify client focus areas + Perform audits/assessments at client sites + Provide overall support to the consulting team **Requirements:** + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Safety, Insurance, Fire Safety, Loss Prevention, Environmental Health, or Engineering + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Reliable transportation and open to weekly travel to client sites + High degree of self-motivation and discipline + Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university. + Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality. + High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize is required + Prior internship experience preferred. + Strong oral and written communication skills **Who We Are** In a rapidly changing world, HUB advises businesses and individuals on how to prepare for the unexpected.
