As_ **_Hub Technology Enterprise Delivery Coordinator VIE_** _in our Digital Data & Technology team you will be_ _responsible for driving digital transformation across the organization while ensuring the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of digital services. This role bridges the gap between business needs and digital solutions, acting as a key liaison between the hub, various business units, and technical teams. You will manage the lifecycle of digital services, oversee project implementation, and ensure that all digital tools and platforms meet user needs and business objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives, driving innovation, and improving overall efficiency through technology solutions. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world._ **Main responsibilities:** + Escalate incidents related to digital services, minimizing disruption to business operations. + Guarantee the creation of root cause analysis of service issues and monitor the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. + Monitor the existence of robust incident response plans and ensure readiness to handle service disruptions. + Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the hub and other departments. + Implement processes and practices that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital service delivery. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to drive service optimization. + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new tools and practices. + Perform the trend analysis and develop service improvement action plan to improve services as necessary by working with the Service Owner. + Driving Backlog Management and escalations handing and improving client survey Satisfaction score. + Work closely with other Administration/Support staff and teams to ensure the delivery of the goals. **About you** **Experience** : + Previous internship or work experience in project management, information technology or a related field is advantageous. + Familiarity with Cloud technology, Distributed storage, Servers, Network systems, and IT digital trends is advantageous. + ITIL certification or similar service management qualifications is desirable. **Soft and Technical skills:** + Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and service management best practices. + Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. + Excellent project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. + Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions. + Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize. + Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure. + Proven ability to meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. **Education** : + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. **Languages** : + Fluent English (written and verbal). + Conversational Spanish. **Why choose us?** iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
