What the day will look like Lead high profile projects on Human Capital Analytics, coordinate multicultural teams across the region in the planning, development and sustainability new analytical solutions. Strengthen the human Capital analytics strategy to expand the value and the impact of Data in the business. Foster the digital transformation for Human Capital, through identification of local needs, and working in synchrony with centers of expertise bringing the best global practices and maintaining regional consistency in client deliverables. Design strategies that cultivate innovation in Human Capital LATAM within Aon, training, and empowering local teams to be updated on most recent trends that can impact our business. Support the business as usual of major analytical products & solutions implemented in the region, while growing their scope and increasing their impact. Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree or equivalent experience in systems or related careers Database management Knowledge and use of: SQL, Databricks, C, JavaScript. Knowledge of the insurance sector Intermediate English Intermediate Portuguese (is a plus!)
