Job Description

Business Administrator Senior

Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Business Administrator Senior at GDIT. Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business.

Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures - Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources - May prepare project schedules and statistical reports - Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support function within the organization - May compile various contract, program, and financial data for use in the preparation of reports such as monthly status reports - May assist in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance against plan - May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports - May participate in budget preparation and monitor expense - May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals - May serve as a team or task lead

Effective administrative and organizational skills - Proficiency in the use of basic office-related software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite of products - May require proficiency in the use of specialized software applications - Effective communications skills


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience -

5+ years of related experience

Works independently under general supervision
● Required Technical Skills: Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices; Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, use critical thinking, and evaluate options for action; Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
● Location: On Customer Site

● Additional Qualifications: Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams; Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines; Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
