Human Capital Coordinator | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas
ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the coordinator is to support the Human Capital Business Partner on the day to day Human Captial operation activities across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Kuwait and Qatar. The role is also responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the Business Partnering.
ROLE PROFILE
Provide assistance to the Human Capital Business Partner in managing the entire lifecycle of internal employees, including onboarding and offboarding processes.Collaborate with the Global Solutions team, specifically the recruitment and lifecycle team, to facilitate and finalize the onboarding procedures for new hires.Conduct the Empowered framework and orientation sessions for newly joined employees as a certified trainer, delivering required training materials provided by the Learning and Development team.Collaborate with the Global Solutions lifecycle team to facilitate offboarding processes and manage payments for departing employees, including handling payables if necessary.Support and organize team-building activities to foster team engagement.Ensure the timely updating of all day-to-day trackers related to Human Capital activities, including new hires, departures, investigations, promotions, salary increments, etc.Provide ongoing support to the Human Capital function in Kuwait and Qatar in daily tasks and any upcoming projects.Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree preferred.2 years in administration or HR experience.Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Arabic.Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office/Excel Trackers.Human Capital related qualifications preferred.Well organized and high time management skills.
