JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Campus Recruiting team has an opening to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that provides the opportunity to manage the recruiting strategy and execution of talent acquisition for various skills/functions across the firm. Located onsite in our Dallas office, the position includes extensive interaction with business managers, HCM professionals, senior stakeholders and candidates and offers longer-term growth opportunities within HCM.
Work with team to develop, coordinate and execute recruiting strategy, including a focus on diversity, sourcing, marketing, and the competitive landscape for specific functional skills across the firmAttend specific sourcing and relationship building events, interview and evaluate candidates, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process with a focus on candidate experienceWork closely with analyst recruiting teams to ensure holistic analyst hiring experience and united front to our primary stakeholdersManage summer internship program and experienceOversee and assist with divisional recruiting logistics, such as systems updates, securing interviewers, scheduling candidates, offer management and onboardingManage relevant metrics for your divisional coverage areas, such as forecasting, budgets, global headcount, recruiting successes, diversity initiatives, sourcing metrics and ad hoc projectsQUALIFICATIONS
