Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Administrator in Baltimore, MD.
Duties Include:
* HR Administrator will maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
* Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, performance reviews, and any employee-related changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations)
* Prepare and distribute employee letters, such as employment verification and reference letters, as needed
* Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across the organization
* Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices meet legal requirements
* As a HR Administrator, you will assist in the preparation of payroll by gathering and verifying employee attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related information
* Support the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
